Gempere uses only Grade A materials and takes pride in its quality and service and therefore warranties can extend upto 27 year.
Our Solar EPC services includes :
• Understanding and analyzing the need of our clients
• Ideating and identifying the ideal solar solution for the client
• Identifying and scouting land, if required, for the solar plant
• Engineering Designing for the solar plant
• Meteorological study of the location solar plant
• Construction of Solar Plant as per the designs
• Government liaison and seeking relevant approvals from the DISCOM for functioning of the plant

Financial Models
We understand that adopting solar is a highly capital intensive decision, and Cash flow is the king for every business.
Hence, Gempere takes pride in introducing our financial plans, subject to independent credit due dilifence, for ease of solar adoption to our clients
Institutional Finance
Under our Institutional Finance scheme, we undertake end to end activity right from preliminary paper work to getting your loan passed. Under this scheme, the client has to pay 30% of total project cost including GST. The balance 70% will be funded by the bank with no collateral. The finance under this scheme is available for a period upto 15 years thus ensuring very low higher cash flow savings from the solar plant. Besides the same, the client is the owner of the project from day 1 and is entitled to all ownership benefits like government subsidies, if any, depreciation to the tune of 40% on solar project cost, carbon credit monetization, etc.
Leasing
Under our leasing model, the client can adopt solar energy at a very low cost. We take upto 20% refundable security deposit on total project cost from the client. The client is charged a fixed monthly lease amount, structured in a manner that the lease amount does not exceed the electricity savings caused by solar adoption. This will ensure positive cash flow for the client. The client can claim the lease amount as business expenses entirely.
Carbon Credits
